What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, receptions, engagement ceremonies, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, conferences, cultural celebrations, and private gatherings.
What is the guest capacity?
Our venues can accommodate up to 400 guests, depending on the event layout and seating style.
What is included in the venue rental?
Venue rental typically includes the event space, tables and chairs, on-site parking, basic lighting, and an on-site venue manager during the event. Package inclusions may vary.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor spaces?
Yes. We offer indoor, outdoor, and combined indoor–outdoor event options, weather permitting.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is allowed. Caterers must provide a valid business license, liability insurance (COI), and comply with local health regulations.
Is alcohol permitted?
Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender, required event insurance with liquor liability, and full compliance with state and local laws.
When can vendors arrive for setup?
Vendors may arrive 2 hours prior to the event start time. Early access may be arranged upon request.
Do you provide décor, linens, or setup services?
Décor, linens, and setup services are not included by default. Preferred vendor recommendations and add-on options may be available.
Is there a music or noise cutoff time?
Yes. All music must end by 10 PM in accordance with local noise ordinances.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site guest parking is available. Overflow parking options can be arranged if needed.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue includes accessible parking and restrooms.
How do we book the venue?
To reserve your date, submit an inquiry, sign the rental agreement, and pay the required deposit.
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Any applicable refunds are outlined in the rental agreement.
Is event insurance required?
Yes. All events must carry event liability insurance naming the venue as additionally insured.
Can we schedule a tour?
Yes. Venue tours are available by appointment. Please contact us to schedule your visit.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed for ceremony purposes only, must be leashed, and must be removed after the ceremony unless otherwise approved.
Will there be staff on-site during our event?
Yes. An on-site venue manager will be present to assist with venue-related needs throughout your event.
